If you are the Commander in Chief shoud you be on vacation while you have troops dying? I say no.

Wonder what it cost us to fly him over on top of the Palace he is staying in? But that $4000 a night we also get to pay for. If I had troops in battle and dying I woudn't be on a vacation anywhere. Guess that's what the troops are fighting for. Yep he's the King of the World...

I couldn't agree more. Our troops don't get a vacation, he shouldn't either.

Actually Bush going back to own ranch or Camp David isn't all that bad. At east Camp David he can work from as can he from his ranch. I heard something about them clearing a beach because he was there. If I paid to fly there, spend the money to be close to the ocean and was told to leave or move away I would be a little bit more than pissed off. If he had to get back to the White House quickly he coudn't. Sprap a helmet on him and put him in a war zone. If he wants to go somewhere go there...plenty of sand to play in.

actually we might have been better off if bush had gone some place where he couldn't work but so much was made of his vacations to the ranch or camp david. imagine if he went to a $4000 a night resort, had beaches cleared, additional security and all that
