Actually the nature of my job leaves me lots of time to post and I get it out of my system in between meetings, phone calls, etc during the day.

Funny thing.........my daughter was raised in the computer age but never got into posting, myspace, face book, etc. I never used a computer till I was about 30 and I got into it big time.

Well we're glad you post here. I've been working with computers since I was about 25 but I never got into posting until 2-3 years ago. Never had time for it, and after working with computers all day I didn't even want to look at a computer after quitting time.

Thats me. My off time is for things other than sitting at a keyboard.

Nowadays in my accelerated decrepitude I spend a lot more of my free time sitting at a keyboard. Once I started getting into it, in 2007, I discovered that the people on the internet were often a lot more interesting than the people I was hanging around with in r/l... maybe a little more literate and traveled... and I like comparing notes with people who live in different places. Messageboards are kind of like a coffeehouse for the "global metropolis" of the internet... I just didn't know what I was missing. If somebody had told me in 2006 that I would be spending hours on messageboards in a year, I would have said they were crazy

Thats much the way I view it. Forums lacking obnoxious assholes who flame everyone just to get a reaction are where you will find me. I find people interesting, especially people with a very different life experience from mine. I thoroughly enjoy the Cloud 9 gang.

My skin (troll armor?) has had to grow a little thicker since I started poasting on mbs. Early on some people were asking, "When are you going to start trolling?" I replied, "Maybe first I should learn to not get trolled!" lol It takes a lot more to get my temperature up nowadays. But I still get "pwnt" occasionally... hate it when that happens! Sometimes the thin-skinned troll-bait "fish" can be even more annoying than the trolls ha. I enjoy most any forum, but it's really nice to come here and unwind where people are friendly.

Yeah, I can hold my own in any pool of sharks but I only swim in those places when I am feeling ornery and want to get loose and mix it up.
