OK, I did gain about 12 lbs...but Thank you....it's mostly in my belly, I now also have love handles forming

I like this a lot ... sometimes you write in a manner that flows quicker for this American ...most of the time your punctuation and prepositions slow me down ...LOL...
or maybe the concepts you are trying to express are over my head ...haha, just kidding
