This is getting tiresome. We seem to be having a storm a week....

We barely get rid of half the snow from one week, when another 6 inches is piled on top of the existing crap we already have on the ground!

I don't even want to think about February...that's a crappy month as it is, and with all this snow, I can just imagine what it has in store for us!

Now I understand why S.A.D. is gaining acceptance. I think I have it too.

There are things that help that..one thing I have used, that seems to work, is the "SAD lamps"..see the desk top one isnt that pricey..but I was told you need to be looking toward it for it to really be effective..
